Alpa Sawant is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy specializing in Orthopedics. She has also completed a fellowship in Neurological Rehabilitation and several courses including Manual therapy (Mulligan Concept), Pilates, Taping, and Dry needling. Alpa is an experienced manual therapist and TMJ practitioner with a passion for helping her patients achieve their goals.
With her extensive experience in the field, Alpa understands that every patient is unique and requires a personalized approach to their care. She takes the time to listen to her patients and focuses on finding the root cause of their problems. This allows her to develop a customized plan of care that is in the best interest of the patient.
Committed to continuing education, Alpa believes in treating her patients through evidence-based treatment. She keeps herself updated by attending various workshops and seminars, ensuring that she is equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge to provide her patients with the best possible care.
Outside of the clinic, Alpa enjoys Yoga, Pilates, baking, reading, and listening to podcasts. She loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
